Apple Kuchen Coffee Cake Recipe

   Bake Time: 50 mins.

   Heat oven to 350.

   Grease spring-form pan, 9x2 inches, or possibly round pan, 9x1 1/2 inches.

   Beat 1/2 c. sugar, the margarine and egg in medium bowl on low speed 30 seconds or possibly till smooth.

   Beat in baking mix.

   Spread over bottom and 1 inch up side of pan.

   Mix yogurt and egg till smooth.

   Stir in apple.

   Spoon over batter in pan.

    Mix 1/4 c. sugar and the cinnamon: sprinkle over apple mix.

    Bake 45 to 50 min or possibly till center is set and crust is deep golden.

    Cold 10 min; remove side of pan.
