Apple Jacks

   Beat water and egg yolks together.

   Mix flour, oleo, salt, baking powder, water and egg yolks like crust.

   Mix sugar, 1/3 cup flour and cinnamon and pour over apples to coat.

   Roll crust, put on cookie sheet (with sides) and fill with apple mixture.* Top with crust, prick with fork and bake at 400u00b0 for 25 minutes.

   Dribble confectioners sugar icing when removed from oven while warm.
