In a medium pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the apples and cook until browned.

Add the brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, raisins, and the apple juice and bring to a simmer.

In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and water and stir until the cornstarch is dissolved.

Add the cornstarch slurry to the pan and bring to a simmer again.

Cook while stirring until thickened, about 5 minutes.

Divide the mixture among 4 serving bowls.

Top each bowl with crushed granola, a scoop of ice cream, a dollop of whipped cream, and a cherry.
