3 c. Flour

3 c. Apples
1 c. Coconut
1 c. Pecans
1 c. Brown sugar
1/2 c. Margarine
1/2 c. Lowfat milk

Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Grease a tube pan.

Mix oil & sugar in lg mixing bowl.

Add in Large eggs, flour, soda, vanilla, & salt.

Beat with electric mixer till well blended & mix is stiff.

Stir in apples, coconuts, & pecans.

Spoon into cake pan, bake for 1 1/2 hours.

Topping:Mix all ingredients well.

Bring to a boil for 2 minutes.
