1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Baking soda
1 1/4 c. Oil
2 x Large eggs
2 c. Sugar
2 c. Fresh apples, sliced
1 c. Minced nuts
1 tsp Vanilla
1/3 c. Brandy

Sift together flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and soda.

Batter will be very stiff like a cookie dough.
