Apple Crumb Cake(Serves 16)

   Blend sugar, margarine and eggs in bowl with spoon.

   Stir in graham crumbs, apple and walnuts until blended.

   Spread batter into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm to the touch.

   Cool completely in pan on wire rack.

   Cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
