Apple Crisp

   In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon.

   With a pastry blender, cut in butter until very fine. Pare, core and thinly slice apples.

   Arrange in an 8-inch square baking dish.

   Sprinkle with flour mixture.

   Bake in a preheated 400u00b0 oven until apples are tender and topping is browned, 30 minutes.

   Serve hot, topped with vanilla ice cream.
