Spoon batter into 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin c.. (Don't use muffin c., as the paper will stick to the muffin when you try to peel it off to eat.)

In another small bowl, combine 1/4 c. sugar and the cinnamon.

Bake in preheated 400F oven 20-25 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
