Mix together 1/2 cup brown sugar, Smokehouse Maple Seasoning, salt, pepper and cinnamon in a bowl.

With a fork, poke each side of the pork chops to tenderize and allow the rub to get into the meat.

Rub both sides of the meat and sit aside.

Peel and core your apples into thin wedges.

Sit aside.

In a crock pot, pour the apple juice and the remaining brown sugar.

Stir till dissolved.

Put some of the apples into the crock pot and then place your meat over them.

Put the remainder of the apples onto the meat.

Cover and let cook for approximately 3 hours.
