Now, work on the caramelised cinnamon apple.

Cut apple into bite size pieces.

Turn on the burner to medium heat, gently cook the apple until brown.

Now fry the pancake.

Turn on the burner and heat the pan on medium heat, coat the pan with butter.

When the butter is melted, put in one-third of the batter to the pan.

After that, flip the pancake and brown the other side for 1 min or until the pancake is cooked.
