When cycle is completed remove dough to floured surface.

Cover and let rest 10 minutes.

Knead filling into dough.

If the dough becomes to sticky from the apples add a bit of flour.

Shape into loaf and place seam side down in greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Cover with a towel and place in a warm place until dough rises 1 inch above the pan.

Bake on lower rack for 25-30 minutes at 375F Remove from pan immediately and allow to cool on a wire rack.

Rub top crust with cold stick of butter while it is cooling to soften top crust.
