2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup pecans
4 cups peeled and chopped apples
3 tablespoons icing sugar
