Apple Cake

   Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

   Peel and slice or dice apples. Beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

   Separately mix together salt, baking soda, cinnamon and flour.

   Add dry ingredients to oil mixture.

   Add apples and nuts.

   Mixture will be heavy.

   Use wooden spoon and mix well.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
