Apple Butter Muffins

   Preheat oven to 425u00b0.

   Grease inside of 12 muffin cups. Combine milk, oil, apple butter, egg and honey in a medium size bowl.

   Blend with a electric mixer on low speed until well mixed and add self-rising flour and beat at low speed until flour is mixed in and lumps are gone.

   Spoon into muffin cups until each cup is about 3/4 full.

   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick in center of muffin comes out clean.

   Allow muffins to remain in pan for 1 or 2 minutes before removing.

   Serve warm. Makes 12 large muffins.
