2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds meat loaf mixture or lean ground beef
1/4 cup Smucker's(R) Cider Apple Butter
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

HEAT oven to 375u00b0F.

WHISK egg in large bowl. Stir in bread crumbs, onion, apple butter, milk, garlic, Worcestershire, salt and pepper until blended. Crumble meat into same bowl. Stir gently until blended.

SHAPE meat mixture into a loaf. Place in 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake 45 minutes.

STIR apple butter, ketchup and vinegar in small bowl until blended.

DRAIN fat off meat loaf, if necessary. Spread glaze over meat loaf. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reads at least 160u00b0F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
