3 c. Lowfat milk
3 x Granny Smith Apples Peeled, cored, and cubed
3 x Large eggs
3/4 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c. Light cream
1/4 c. Bourbon
1 tsp Vanilla

Bake in the preheated oven for one hour, till top is brown and custard is set.

Allow the pudding to cold for at least 10 min before serving.
