Apple And Zucchini Cake

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Grease a rectangular baking pan with butter, and sprinkle with flour.

   Whisk the butter with the sugar, then add the slightly whisked eggs.

   Add and mix in the flour, baking powder, and sugar.

   Grate the zucchini, apple, and lemon zest. Add to flour mixture, and stir well until getting a homogeneous dough.

   Pour in pan, and bake for 45 to 50 minutes.

   Prepare the syrup by mixing the powdered sugar with lemon juice, and the food coloring of your choice.

   Remove from oven, and when cool, pour syrup on top.
