4 tsp Sugar
2 c. Flour, Unbleached, Unsifted
1/4 c. Butter or possibly Margarine
1/2 c. Lowfat milk

3 c. Apples, Tart, Sliced
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 c. Sugar

8 ounce Cream Cheese, Softened

Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 c. sugar, and egg.
