   into a bowl add the flour, the melt butter and mix them.

   then add the eggs, the salt and the beer.

   cut the apples like rings and unpeel them

   cut them about 1cm think

   put them into the mix of the bowl and then fry them into hot oil (synflower oil), until they will be golden.

   put them on a dish with kitchen paper to take away the oil.

   sparkle them with sugar and cinammon.

   serve with vanila ice!

   the mix in the bowl has to be solid, no luquid or to harf.
