Anthony'S Oven Pancake

   Cut sausage links into 1/2-inch slices.

   Cook until brown. Drain on paper towels.

   Preheat oven to 375u00b0.

   Measure flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

   In a separate bowl, beat egg and stir in milk.

   Melt butter and add to egg mixture.

   Pour egg mixture into flour mixture.

   Grease an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.

   Pour batter into greased pan; sprinkle with sausage.

    Bake at 375u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

    To serve, cut into squares and serve with Mom's Maple Syrup.
