Angle Food Desert Recipe

   This is an angle food based desert which we have had at the end of our aerobics session.

   So we KNOW it cannot be fattening, right

   Mix the pudding with the lowfat milk, then fold in the lowfat sour cream.

   Mix in Cold Whip.

   Place 1/2 of the angel food chunks in the bottom of a bowl.

   Cover with 1/2 of the sliced strawberries.

   Cover strawberries with 1/2 pudding mix.

   Repeat with cake chunks, balance of strawberries and rest of pudding mix.

   Chill for a couple of hrs before serving.
