First combine butter, sugar, milk, vanilla, and eggs blended, and slightly fluffy.

In a separate bowl mix flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Then slowly add the egg mixture until it's texture is dough-like.

Using a spoon, or scooper, place the cookies 1/2 inch to 1 inch apart. These cookies do not expand much, so make them your desired size.

Then bake for about 8-10 minutes or until the bottoms are lightly browned. Don't be afraid to bake them longer. Use top rack of your oven for a more successful batch.

Whisk confectioners sugar and water until it is a thick glaze. Then, when cookies are completely cooled, dip each cookie into the glaze and sprinkle the candies on top quickly before the glaze hardens. (This will only take a few minutes, so it is wise to have a helper with the sprinkles.)
