Angel Macaroons

   In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, water and extract on low speed for 30 seconds.

   Scrape bowl; beat on medium for one minute. Fold in coconut.

   Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

   Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until set.

   Remove paper with cookies to a wire rack to cool. Yield:
