1 package Bacon (or Prosciutto), Cut Into Bite Size
1 whole Leek, Washed And Chopped
1 clove Garlic, Chopped
1/4 cups White Wine
1/4 cups Chicken Broth
1 cup Reserved Pasta Cooking Water
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
1/4 cups Goat Cheese
