3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 x cloves garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley

1 x poblano chile, roast, peel, seeded & minced
1 x serrano chile, seeded and minced
1/4 c. sliced black olives

While it is cooking, heat the extra virgin olive oil, stir in the garlic, parsley, and pimento, and saute/fry for 3 to 4 min.
