Cook shallots and garlic till soft and fragrant, about 2 min.

Lower heat to medium; add in mushrooms, tomatoes, pine nuts, wine, butter, salt and pepper to taste; cook, stirring, till mushrooms are heated through and flavors are blended, about 5 min.

Stir in tarragon; cook just to heat, about 1 minute.
