Angel Cake

   Pour the egg whites into a pan, turn on low heat, place cooking thermometer to 45 .

   Gently stir.

   Pour egg whites in a bowl with mixer at 200 grams of sugar

   Now pour the almond extract.

   Let it incorporate.

   Then add the cream of tartar.

   Add the vanilla.

   As soon as the egg whites are foomy, add the salt, add the sugar.

   Now put the flour.

    Mix everything.

    Bake in oven at 374F for 30-35 mins.
