Andrews Dark Rum Strawberry Mojito

   Day 1 Simple syrup:

   Step 1 : add 4 cups of water to a sauce pan

   Step 2 : bring the water to a boil

   Step 3 : add 1.5 cups of sugar in and stir it till it dissolves at medium heat.

   Step 4 : simmer the sauce pan for roughly 3 minutes.

   Step 5: add the syrup to a bowl and put in the fridge to chill over night

   Step 6 : wash the mint leaves

   Step 7 : add majority of the mint leaves to the syrup for over night

   Day 2

    Step 1 : add the strawberries to the bottom of the pitcher.

    Step 2 : add the rum to the pitcher

    Step 3 : add the Italian sparking white wine bottle

    Step 4 : add the syrup
