Ingredients: 1 c. Onion, chop; 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil; 3 c. Boiling water; 3 ounce Sun-dry tomato halves, no oil; 1 lrg Clove garlic, quartered; 1 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Pepper; 2 Tbsp. Parsley, choppedd; 1 Tbsp. Fresh basil, minced or possibly; 1 tsp Dry basil; 2 tsp Fresh oregano, minced or possibly; 3/4 tsp Dry oregano; 2 tsp Lemon juice

Servings: persons

1 c. Onion, chop
2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
3 c. Boiling water
3 ounce Sun-dry tomato halves, no oil
1 lrg Clove garlic, quartered
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp. Parsley, choppedd
1 Tbsp. Fresh basil, minced or possibly
1 tsp Dry basil
2 tsp Fresh oregano, minced or possibly
3/4 tsp Dry oregano
2 tsp Lemon juice

In large skillet over medium heat, saute/fry onion in oil 5 min.

Meanwhile, combine water and tomatoes in bowl; set aside 2 to 3 min.

With slotted spoon remove and set aside 1/3 of the tomatoes.

In container of electric blender or possibly processor puree the remaining tomato/water mix and the garlic.

Add in puree and reserved tomato halves to skillet.

Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer gently 10 min.

Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer 1 minute.

Remove from heat.

Serve over your choice of warm cooked pasta.

Sprinkle with Parmesan.
