2
Prepare the ingredients.
-
3
Making the recipe for Valentine's Day, I made it into cup cakes with chocolate chips and decorated it with sliced almonds.
-
4
Add all dry ingredients except the sugar in a plastic bag, and massage the bag with your hands to mix.
-
5
Pour hot water in a frying pan.
-
6
Float the bowl of butter on the water in the fry pan and heat up to melt the butter.
-
7
When the butter has completely melted, add sugar to it and mix.
-
8
After mixing it well, add eggs and continue mixing well!
-
9
When the eggs are mixed in well, add heavy cream and continue mixing!
-
10
You can also use milk instead of heavy cream.
-
11
After mixing in the heavy cream, pour the mixture into the plastic bag and mix.
-
12
Mix until the flouriness disappears.
-
13
When the flour streaks has disappeared, add chocolate chips and mix roughly.
-
14
There are just a few more steps from here.
-
15
I got paper muffin cups from the 100 yen shop!
-
16
Using a spoon pour the mixture into the cups to about half full.
-
17
If you drop the mixture with the spoon, the air pockets will disappear.
-
18
Drop the cups on to the table to eliminate air pockets.
-
19
Decorate with sliced almond on top.
-
20
Line the cups on a heatproof container and cover loosely with cellophane wrap.
-
21
Place disposable chopsticks under the heatproof container and heat up in at 500 to 600W in the microwave for about 3 minutes.
-
22
When you poke a toothpick into the cake and if nothing sticks to the toothpick, then it is ready.
-
23
When the cup cakes are slightly cool, cover them with a cellophane wrap loosely so that it wont be dry, let it cool.
-
24
Sprinkle some powdered sugar on when it is cool.
-
25
I think it would be nice if you use a tea strainer to sprinkle the powdered sugar.
