Amys Peanut Butter Fudge Icing

   Place the chocolate and the peanut Butter in a heavy-based pan and melt the ingredients over a gentle heat , stirring continuously .

   once melted add the cream and sugar and continue to stir over a gentle heat until mixture thickens a little and a little of the mixture dropped into a bowl or glass of cold water forms a soft ball , then cool slightly and beat until creamy .

   spread over cakes or cookies of your choice .
