   Grease and line the bottom of a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan (it looks like a cookie sheet with sides) with waxed paper.

   Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.

   With electric mixer at high speed, beat egg whites until foamy.

   Gradually add 1/3 cup granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
