3 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp vanilla powdered sugar -- as needed

Cake:Put egg whites and cream of tartar in a large bowl and beat till foamy.
