Ingredients: 350 grams softened butter; 300 grams sifted sugar; 150 grams potato flour; 3 eggs, separated; 150 grams baking flour; 2 tsp baking powder; 1 pinch of salt; 500 grams cream cheese; 50 grams icing sugar; 200 ml whipped double cream or 1/2 condensed milk
