AMIEs Mint Cake with Cocco

   Beat the sugar and eggs together until creamy.

   Add the yogurt, and beat well until smooth.

   Combine together the flour, salt and baking powder and add to the egg/yogurt mixture alternately with the oil and mint syrup.

   Pour into the cake pan and bake for 40 minutes, or until done at 160AsC.

   Let cool and cover with softened nutella.

   Cover nutella with grated coconut.

   Or you can cover the cake with your desired toppings.
