Ingredients: 1 lb cooked food processor blended ground beef; 1 green pepper; 1 broccoli; 1 red pepper; 8 bacon, strips cooked pulsed; 2 cups cheddar cheese (we use half and half) or 2 cups mozzarella cheese (we use half and half); 1 tablespoon basil; 1 teaspoon oregano; 8 tortillas; 8 mushrooms, thinly sliced; 1 medium size onion; 1 ½ cups pizza sauce

Servings: persons

1 lb cooked food processor blended ground beef
1 green pepper
1 broccoli
1 red pepper
8 bacon, strips cooked pulsed
2 cups cheddar cheese (we use half and half) or 2 cups mozzarella cheese (we use half and half)
1 tablespoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
8 tortillas
8 mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 medium size onion
1 ½ cups pizza sauce

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Blend with pulse in the food processor the peppers, broccoli and the onion till wanted consistency.

For my toddler it's quite blended.

Dry the mixture with paper towel.

Stir mushroom, pepper mixture, bacon pieces, basil, oregano, pizza sauce together.

Put about 1/8 of cheese on half of the tortilla and 1/8 of the pizza mixture on top of the cheese than fold in half.

Repeat 7 more times.

put in the oven on a cookie pan for 15 minutes.
