Ingredients: 3/4 cups Orange Juice; 3/4 cups Pineapple Juice; ⅛ cups Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce; ⅛ cups Olive Oil; 1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt; 1/2 teaspoons Oregano; 1/4 teaspoons Garlic, Minced; 1 whole Red Onion; 2 whole Bell Peppers (red, Yellow, Or Green); 1 pound Beef And/or Chicken Breast

3/4 cups Orange Juice
3/4 cups Pineapple Juice
⅛ cups Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
⅛ cups Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1/2 teaspoons Oregano
1/4 teaspoons Garlic, Minced
1 whole Red Onion
2 whole Bell Peppers (red, Yellow, Or Green)
1 pound Beef And/or Chicken Breast

Combine orange juice, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, olive oil, seasoning salt, oregano, and garlic.

Cut onion, bell peppers, and meat into big chunks.

Add onion, bell peppers, and meat to the marinade and refrigerate overnight in a sealed container (or Ziploc bag).

Skewer meat and veggies and grill till veggies are tender, chicken is cooked through, and beef is cooked to desired doneness.

I usually double the marinade because I like the meat and veggies to be completely submerged in the yumminess.

I also usually add big chunks of fresh pineapple and fresh mushrooms, but I dont marinate them.

Instead of kabobs, you can marinate the meat whole, grill, and cut into slices for fajitas.
