Amazing Grace Pie

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Combine all but the 2 cups shredded coconut, in a blender.

   Grease 2 (9-inch) pie pans.

   Divide mixture into the pie pans.

   Let sit 3 minutes, then sprinkle 1 cup per pie of the coconut.

   Put in preheated oven and bake until golden brown.

   (Coconut makes its own crust.)
