Ingredients: 12 oz cooked and shredded chicken; 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese; 1/4 cup chopped bellpeppers; 1 cup corn; 2 green onions chopped; 1/3 cup salsa; 1 cup sour cream; 1 tbsp cumin; 1 salt and pepper to taste; 4 clove minced garlic.; 1/3 cup vegetable oil

12 oz cooked and shredded chicken
1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
1/4 cup chopped bellpeppers
1 cup corn
2 green onions chopped
1/3 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp cumin
1 salt and pepper to taste
4 clove minced garlic.

preheat oven to 400.

Mix everything together except 2 of the cloves of garlic and the oil.

After you mix it together put the oil and remaining cloves in a pan and heat over medium heat.

After it heats allow it to cool.

Roll chicken mixture in tortillas and place in a 9x13 pan.

Brush with the garlic oil and bake until brown.

I made a dipping sauce from salsa, cilantro, and sour cream.
