Amazing Blueberry Cookies

   In medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

   In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar, and melted butter until smooth. Mix in the vanilla and eggs until combined.

   Add the flour mixture and whisk together until just incorporated. Gently stir in blueberries with a rubber spatula.

   Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours and up to overnight.

   Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons. Place on middle and upper racks of oven.

   Bake until golden, 13-15 minutes. Let cool a few minutes then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
