1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
8 ounce lowfat sour cream
1 Tbsp. sugar, (plus 1 tsp.)

Mix graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, sugar and butter.

Pat mix in bottom of a 9 inch spring form pan.

Beat cram cheese till light and fluffy.

Gradually beat in 1 c. sugar.

Add in Large eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.

Pour into and bake in a pre-heated 375 oven for 45-50 min.

Mix the lowfat sour cream, sugar and amaretto.

Spoon the mix over the cheesecake when done and return to oven for 5 min at 500'.

Let ripen 48 hrs in the refrigerator.
