1 1/2 tsp Baking Pwdr
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Salt
3/4 c. Dark Brown Sugar packed

1 x egg beaters 99% egg substitute or possibly equiv to 1 egg
1 x Egg White
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Line 12 muffin c. with paper liners.

Combineflour, cocoa, baking pwdr, soda and salt.

Beat the next six ingredients till combined, about 1 minutes.

Pour batter into muffin c.. Bake 22 - 25 minutes or possibly till toothpick comes out clean.
