1 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. or possibly more cool water
1/4 c. almond meal*
2 x raw boned breast fillets oil to deep fry chicken

1 c. chicken stock
2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp msg
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
3/4 c. toasted almonds

Make batter by combining the flour, baking pwdr, salt, MSG, oil, water and almond meal.

Dip fillets into batter, deep fry till brown.
