1. Preheat oven to 180 C or 356 F.

2. Add almond flour, oats and baking soda into a large mixing bowl.

3. Add chopped figs into the mixing bowl.

4. If your cacoa chips are not already in bite sizes pieces, chop them then add them into the mixing bowl.

5. Melt the coconut oil and honey in a small saucepan over a very low heat for a couple of minutes. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and stir well.

6. Add almond milk and stir until everything is well mixed.

7. Shape mixture into your preferred cookie-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined or lightly greased baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches in between them. Then flatten them down with the back of a spoon.

8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
