Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Coat a 9X13 pan with cooking spray.

In food processor combine flour, sugar and butter to resemble a fine meal. Reserve 1 cup of mixture. To remainder, add the egg and 1 tsp. of almond extract and mix well. Press egg mixture into pan. Set aside.

Filling:

Over medium-low heat, melt chocolate chips with the cream cheese and evaporated milk, stirring till smooth. Remove from heat; stir in walnuts and remaining almond extract. Spread chocolate mixture evenly over the crust; sprinkle reserved cup of crust mixture evenly over the chocolate.

Bake at 375 for 18-23 minutes. Top should be barely golden and cookies just pulling away from edge of pan.

Cool completely and cut into small bars.
