Mix in flour, almond meal, baking soda and salt. Mix until thoroughly combined. Use a rubber spatula and stir in toffee bits and chopped chocolate.

Drop by tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches in between each. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Remove baking sheets from the oven and set them on a rack. Let cookies sit on the baking sheet for 2-3 minutes for centers to set. Remove cookies to a rack to cool completely.
