4 lb All-purpose flour
1 gal Vegetable veg. oil
6 lb Onions finely minced
4 lrg Bell peppers finely minced
1 bn Celery finely minced
1 head Garlic finely minced
8 c. Water
8 can Tomato soup

1 c. Sugar
1 bot Bay leaves
30 lb Alligator meat minced into bite-sized pcs
