Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb grnd sirloin; 1 c. mozzarella cheese shredded; 1/2 c. tomato juice; 1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs; 1/3 c. green bell pepper seeded; 1/4 c. onion; 2 x egg; 1 1/4 tsp salt; 1 dsh thyme; 1 dsh marjoram; 1 dsh garlic pwdr; 1 dsh basil; 1 dsh black pepper

1 1/2 lb grnd sirloin
1 c. mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/3 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/3 c. green bell pepper seeded
1/4 c. onion
2 x egg
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 dsh thyme
1 dsh marjoram
1 dsh garlic pwdr
1 dsh basil
1 dsh black pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place Large eggs, juice and vegetables in a blender and mix thoroughly.

In a large bowl put beef, bread crumbs and seasonings and mix.

Add in the blended mix to the beef and mix till well blended.

Place beef mix onto a sheet of wax paper and flatten into a rectangluar shape.

Sprinkle the cheese onto the beef and roll-up like a jelly roll.

Spray a loaf pan with Pam and place beef into loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till brown.
