1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 med onions quartered, sliced
1 c. beef broth
1 tsp honey
1 1/2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (or possibly white vinegar)
