   1. sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt and let sit about 1/2 hour

   2. cut up bacon and fry in large frying pan.

   remove bacon and set aside saving grease.

   3. cook chicken in bacon fat until done and browned.

   4. place cutlets baking dish and pour honey mutard dressing over each.

   5. top with crumbled bacon and and mushrooms if using them.

   6. top each cutlet with 1/4 cup cheddder.

   7.Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until cheese is melted.
